Suzuki Carachi Motors, a leading Suzuki dealership in Pakistan, needed a better way to manage heavy customer traffic at its service center, especially during peak morning hours. The solution helped make peak-hour traffic manageable, reduced wait times and customer overlap, improved service time and quality, and increased customer satisfaction, with management noting it helped prevent mismanagement of visitors.
