The Ministry of Commerce & Investment launched the Saudi Business Center to serve business owners and investors across Saudi Arabia, but it needed to improve workflow and customer experience while dealing with issues from its previous vendor. Serving around 23,120 customers a month, the center required a better queue and service process for licensing, permits, registration, and support services.
