Santander Bank Installs Multi-Screen Video Wall Signage Solution

Santander Bank Chile, a leading financial institution with more than 250 branches in the country, needed a more flexible, dynamic monitoring capability at its headquarters to track daily transactions and branch activity nationwide. Facing an outdated, rigid monitoring system that limited visibility across payments, ATMs, servers and other critical operations, Santander Bank Chile engaged Wavetec to modernize its monitoring room.

Wavetec implemented a multi-screen Video Wall solution consisting of 16 professional HD displays (24/7-rated) driven by a video processor supporting up to 32 video inputs, enabling prioritized and reconfigurable display of payments, transfers, payrolls, server and ATM status, system errors and more. The Wavetec installation delivered proactive, centralized monitoring and faster decision-making, replacing the bank’s constrained setup with a focused, flexible solution that supports service optimization and emergent operational needs.
