Oregon Lottery needed to maintain occupancy limits and enforce social distancing during COVID-19 while becoming more structured in customer service delivery and queue monitoring. To address these challenges, Oregon Lottery selected Wavetec and deployed its cloud-based Queue Management suite, including Web Ticketing, Web Appointment Scheduling and the Lobby Leader application.
Wavetec’s solution lets winners book appointments or take virtual tickets, receive email confirmations and real-time wait-time notifications, and check in contactlessly, all without additional hardware. The quick, scalable deployment reduced time spent in queue, ensured social distancing and adherence to occupancy limits, delivered contactless customer experiences and increased customer satisfaction.
