A Wavetec Case Study
The Ministry of Justice, KSA needed to manage heavy visitor traffic, reduce wait and service times, and replace an underperforming electronic queuing system with a more reliable, higher-SLA solution. To address this, the ministry partnered with Wavetec and deployed queuing and self-service tools across its branches.
Wavetec implemented a multi-phase rollout that included ticket dispensing machines, counter display screens, a customer feedback tablet, web-based calling software, digital signage, and dashboards. The project covered 88 systems across 60 locations, serving around 300 customers per day, and helped enable social distancing, reduce actual and perceived wait times, improve service efficiency, and increase employee productivity.
