The Ministry of Health in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, responsible for delivering healthcare services across the province, faced heavy daily patient volumes of more than 1,200 visitors and struggled with long waits, delayed care, and difficult resource allocation. To improve patient flow and service efficiency, the ministry partnered with Wavetec and its queuing and self-service solutions.
Wavetec implemented its Electronic Queue Management Solution across 26 sites in KPK, each with around 40 counters, helping organize patient traffic and streamline service delivery. As a result, the ministry reduced waiting times, improved patient satisfaction, increased staff productivity, and better managed congestion and patient prioritization, making healthcare operations more efficient and effective.
