Malta Stock Exchange Upgrades Information Dissemination Channels with Wavetec’s Display Solution

Malta Stock Exchange sought to modernize its information dissemination to demonstrate transparency and be on par with leading global exchanges; it had no prior technological displays and needed real‑time market feeds for investors, issuers and visitors. To meet this need the Malta Stock Exchange selected Wavetec and its Financial Display Solutions — a turn‑key LED/LCD display system and integration service.

Wavetec installed a 3 x 4 LCD video wall (5760 x 4320), an 18 m indoor LED ticker and a 2.2 x 0.6 m LED display, and integrated them in real time with MSE’s database to show tickers, best bids/asks, bonds, indices, news, company logos and live TV. Wavetec’s solution enhanced the Exchange’s aesthetic, increased visitor engagement and public awareness, and drew highly positive feedback from management, helping position the Malta Stock Exchange among leading exchanges.
