HSBC Mexico Implements Wavetec’s Queue Management Solution to Enhance its Customer Experience

HSBC Mexico needed a scalable way to manage large volumes of walk-in customers across its branch network and reduce long queues, misplaced lineups, and service delays. To improve customer experience, HSBC turned to Wavetec’s queue management and self-service solutions, including a 17-inch self-service kiosk for priority ticketing.

Wavetec implemented its enterprise customer journey management solution across more than 100 HSBC branches in Mexico, with 200 more systems planned. The rollout helped HSBC reduce wait times, improve branch flow, personalize service using card or biometric identification, and gain centralized data on teller performance, traffic, and waiting patterns to better allocate resources and support sales.
