Deyaar Augments Customer Experience by using Queuing Solutions

Deyaar, one of Dubai’s largest real estate developers, faced frequent overcrowding and customer dissatisfaction at its investor and informational events because it had no formal queuing system. To improve visitor flow and customer experience, Deyaar engaged Wavetec to provide a Queue Management System and queuing solutions for its events.

Wavetec implemented a customized crowd-control solution—touchscreen kiosks, ticket dispenser units, counter display units and Donatello Digital Signage—so visitors register, take a ticket and are called/displayed when it’s their turn. Deployed first at Deyaar’s Metropolitan Branch in Business Bay and now used at subsequent events (with five ticket dispensers in use), Wavetec’s system enabled orderly service, reduced visitor stress and allowed Deyaar to meet targets on time without extending events, earning praise from management and attendees.
