AsiaCell, an Iraqi telecommunications company with a nationwide retail network, faced a challenge managing customer flow across 21,000 points of sale and outlets while maintaining fast, consistent service. It turned to Wavetec for a queue management and self-service solution to reduce delays, improve customer experience, and bring better visibility to branch operations.
Wavetec implemented queue management systems in 62 branches and deployed 30 self-service kiosks, with more rollouts planned. The solution helped AsiaCell create a smarter digital experience, improve process automation, reduce staff operating costs, and integrate KYC, while also enabling 24/7 service availability, centralized monitoring, and real-time branch performance tracking.
