Allianz Saudi Fransi, part of the Allianz Group, needed a better way to manage customer flow across its branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. Its previous queuing system created inefficient waiting areas and unreasonably long wait times for customers, hurting the overall service experience. Wavetec provided a complete queuing and self-service solution to address these challenges.
Wavetec implemented M13 kiosks with dual printers, 10” LCDs, Donatello players with 42” displays, Web TSU, central reporting software, and a sound system. The result was an optimized customer journey with shorter wait and service times, improved branch flow, and better customer satisfaction. Allianz also gained centralized reporting to monitor deployments, gather customer data, and make more data-driven decisions.
