Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC), the legislative body responsible for developing educational policy in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, faced high footfall from school representatives and stakeholders that created irregular queues, long waits and a need to measure staff performance. To modernize its customer service area ADEC engaged Wavetec to provide a Queue Management System using its WaveSphere customer flow management methodology.
Wavetec (in collaboration with Visionaire) installed a WaveSphere solution including dual‑printer touch‑screen self‑service kiosks (English/Arabic), 15 LED display units, ceiling speakers, an Auto‑Next calling algorithm and the WaveSphere Portal for real‑time dashboards and performance reporting. The system organized and automated customer flow, sped up ticket calling, improved operational efficiency and enabled management to track KPIs — resulting in noticeably reduced customer wait and service times.
