The university needed a more inclusive, less stressful way to handle long wait times, especially for students with disabilities, and turned to Wavetec’s virtual queue management solution.
Wavetec implemented a Virtual Queuing System with WhatsApp queuing, M-13 kiosks, digital signage, and real-time analytics to create a smoother, more accessible experience. The results included reduced lobby congestion, nearly 7 in 10 students reporting lower anxiety, and feedback from over 1,000 students showing strong approval, including 75% who preferred sitting down instead of standing in line.
