Maduro & Curiel’s Bank (MCB), which operates 23 branches across Curaçao and Bonaire, was struggling with long wait times, uneven customer traffic, and a fragmented branch experience. To address these challenges, MCB partnered with Wavetec and its Queue Management solution to create a more unified, digital service journey across its branches.
Wavetec implemented self-service kiosks, digital signage, cloud-based queue software, lobby monitoring tools, web ticketing, and WhatsApp queuing to streamline customer flow and improve visibility for staff. As a result, Maduro & Curiel’s Bank reduced wait times, improved customer satisfaction, and gained real-time insights for better staffing and resource allocation across its branches.
