STADA faced a major challenge rolling out SuccessFactors across 40 countries while supporting 12,000 employees and minimizing disruption. To manage the change, STADA used WalkMe as a digital adoption platform and change management tool to provide self-service guidance, reduce process-related IT tickets, and help employees learn the new system in the flow of work.

WalkMe, known internally at STADA as “HERO Navigator,” delivered personalized in-app guidance, automation, ShoutOuts, and analytics across more than 50 business-critical processes. The result was faster adoption, more efficient workflows, better employee support, and reduced support tickets, while WalkMe’s feedback and UI Intelligence insights helped STADA continuously optimize SuccessFactors and improve productivity.
