The company’s challenge was reducing friction in key workflows, from quarter-end deal support in Salesforce and Slack to finance processes in SAP Ariba, while making guidance feel native and trustworthy for employees.

WalkMe helped Splunk build a branded in-app “Help Center,” automate Salesforce-to-Slack deal support that once took up to 75 Slack conversations per deal, and streamline requisition creation and search in Ariba. With WalkMe analytics and surveys, Splunk also identified drop-off points and gathered real-time feedback, leading to faster responses, better accuracy, and shorter approval times across critical workflows.
