A WalkMe Case Study
Salt River Project (SRP) needed a better way to support employees and managers across HR and finance workflows, including performance reviews, time tracking, tax form updates, expense reporting, onboarding, and payroll adjustments. Working with WalkMe, SRP wanted to reduce reliance on job aids and help desk support while improving self-service and the employee experience.
WalkMe implemented in-app guidance, automation, targeted messaging, segmentation, and analytics across SuccessFactors, Concur, and Workforce Software. The result was faster deployment of critical updates, fewer support calls, less user confusion, and reduced rework; for example, WalkMe helped SRP prevent a large number of help desk calls and automate expense workflows with accurate, policy-compliant inputs, improving efficiency across HR and finance processes.
