Paychex, a payroll and HR solutions company with more than 3,500 sales representatives, needed to migrate users from Salesforce Classic to Lightning without disrupting daily work or relying on expensive, time-consuming training. To support the change, Paychex turned to WalkMe’s digital adoption platform for just-in-time guidance and self-serve training.
WalkMe implemented in-app Walk-Thrus and ShoutOuts to guide users through complex tasks, correct errors, and communicate updates directly in Salesforce. As a result, Paychex migrated 3,500 users to Lightning in six months and estimated $400,000 in annual headcount savings, while also improving data accuracy and reducing support burden.
