ParagonEX is a SaaS provider of online trading solutions whose flagship WebTrader hub serves millions of users in more than 20 languages. Faced with a wide range of user experience—from complete beginners to frequent traders—the company needed a way to onboard new users quickly and in multiple languages (including right‑to‑left scripts) without disrupting experienced traders.

ParagonEX implemented WalkMe Walk‑Thrus to greet first‑time users, guide them through core flows and advanced features, and let users launch tutorials on demand. The localized, segmented guides are easy to iterate on and measure; nearly 2,500 tutorials are launched monthly, over 2,000 users have earned bonuses via the intro Walk‑Thru, and more than 1,000 users learn to open their first trades each month.
