Intacct Successfully Introduces Salesforce to its Online Community Using WalkMe’s Contextual Guidance

Intacct, a fast-growing provider of cloud-based accounting and ERP software used by over 11,000 organizations, re-launched its online community on Salesforce to better serve customers and partners. The challenge was helping users — many with no prior experience — find resources, complete tasks, and get answers without creating a large support burden.

Intacct implemented WalkMe for Salesforce, using Smart Walk-Thrus, contextual guidance and WalkMe Insights to guide users, optimize content placement, and keep the experience on-brand. The result: page views per session rose 76%, unique page views jumped from 59,000 to 104,000 in six months, and the community bounce rate dropped to just 18%, driving higher engagement and reduced support demand.
