Infusionsoft is a sales and marketing platform that combines CRM, marketing automation and e‑commerce to help small businesses get organized and grow; the company serves over 27,000 customers and nearly 80,000 users and employs more than 600 people. Faced with a large, varied user base, Infusionsoft needed to flatten the learning curve and ensure both new and experienced users could quickly adopt core features and independently find support resources.

WalkMe implemented a New User Getting Started course with step‑by‑step Walk‑Thrus that guide users through key setup tasks (company info, adding users, email signature, branding, social links) and core navigation in about 30 minutes. The guided on‑screen tours accelerated onboarding—thousands of tasks were completed within a month, thousands of Walk‑Thrus were played and search usage climbed—resulting in a dramatically shortened learning curve, higher customer loyalty and continued product use.
