How PWC and Walkme Partnered to Drive Adoption

PwC faced a global digital-transformation challenge: move 236,000 people across 158 countries to adopt Salesforce Lightning and new ways of working while keeping employees’ differing skills and needs at the center. Traditional change management wasn’t delivering the behavioral change PwC required, so they needed a people-focused strategy that could scale and drive real adoption quickly.

PwC partnered with WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform to deliver in-app, context-sensitive guidance—custom Walk‑Thrus, nudges, and on-demand support—plus role-based content, analytics, automation and AI-driven improvements. The solution enabled “zero-time” contextual training, faster productivity, better insight into user behavior, and more than 100,000 users live on Salesforce, and has since been rolled into further transformations like Workday.
