The result: a 25% decrease in support requests, improved usability and navigation, a 40% increase in interactions with in‑app guidance, 4–5× faster updates versus the previous aid system, lower support costs and higher customer satisfaction — with plans to expand WalkMe features like ActionBot, TeachMe and Shield.
