The City of Chandler turned to WalkMe to help a large, diverse workforce navigate complex workflows across key systems like Oracle HCM, iProcurement, IntelliTime, and eDMS. The challenge was reducing support requests, improving data accuracy, and making it easier for employees and supervisors to complete infrequent but important tasks without confusion.
WalkMe implemented guided self-service workflows, in-app tips, Smart WalkThrus, ShoutOuts, and analytics to simplify tasks, deliver timely communications, and identify friction points. As a result, Chandler streamlined expense reporting and HR processes, reduced the need to contact support or peers, improved access to critical documents, and gained a more data-driven approach to change management and employee experience.
