Citrix, a global cloud-computing provider serving over 330,000 organizations, engaged WalkMe to boost activations and improve onboarding for its GoToWebinar product. The company wanted more users to start and stay engaged with the product during trials so they would convert to paid plans and adopt advanced features long term.

WalkMe deployed a tailored Thrus-Walk series and a “Getting Started” onboarding experience—including emailed permalinks and in‑product step‑by‑step guidance—to drive immediate actions and teach key tasks in context. A/B testing showed strong results: conversion rates more than doubled, activations rose 18%, engagement increased 41%, and usage of features like “Create a Poll” and “Upload a Recording” grew 28% and 18% respectively, with exposed users roughly twice as likely to convert to paid.
