Christus Health, a Catholic not‑for‑profit system of more than 600 care sites with 45,000+ associates and 15,000 physicians, faced a major training challenge: a large, busy, and dispersed workforce using 15+ applications and a new ERP rollout meant traditional classroom training and static job aids couldn’t keep up. Persistent billing errors and slow technology adoption were delaying reimbursements and risking both financial health and patient outcomes.

To solve this, Christus deployed WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform as an overlay across 20+ applications (including Infor ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and Kronos) and branded the ActionBot as “Noah.” Real‑time, in‑app guidance and error‑checking accelerated learning in the flow of work, cut support calls by 200–300 per month, sped content updates from months to days, and recovered roughly $1 million per month in improved payment outcomes while boosting user engagement and billing accuracy.
