Accenture needed a scalable digital adoption strategy to support continuous change across many enterprise systems, improve employee experience, and help people adopt new technologies like GenAI. It selected WalkMe as its digital adoption platform and built a WalkMe Center of Excellence to gain better analytics and drive data-based change management across applications and workflows.
With WalkMe, Accenture rolled out guidance across 60+ applications, including Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP Fieldglass, and extended support to up to 250,000 employees. The solution reduced friction in workflows, sped up onboarding to new tools, and cut support burden, including a 40% deflection of tickets on its ticketing system. Accenture also used WalkMe analytics to continuously improve adoption strategies and target the areas with the most impact.
