University Reproductive Associates (URA), a reproductive health clinic in New Jersey, faced significant challenges managing the high-volume patient flow at its Morning Monitoring Clinic. With up to 60 patients arriving during a short morning window, coupled with COVID-19 restrictions, the clinic dealt with long lines, patient disputes, and overburdened staff. To address this, URA implemented the queue management system from vendor WaitWell.

WaitWell’s solution digitized the check-in process, allowing patients to join a virtual queue via QR code or text and wait in their cars.
