A VWO Case Study
Colart, a leading fine arts brand, needed to improve visitor engagement across its many sub-brands and roughly 20 web domains. Senior Web Manager Patxi Gadanon evaluated A/B testing and CRO tools against ease of use, support, features, pricing and low IT dependency, and selected VWO as the optimization platform that best met those needs.
VWO was deployed for A/B testing, visitor analysis (heatmaps/scrollmaps), and on-page surveys, using asynchronous code to avoid page flicker and a visitor-based pricing model that allowed multi-domain testing from a single account. The VWO solution delivered fast, hands-on support and reduced reliance on developers; surveys showed 90% of respondents were satisfied (about 50% explicitly happy with the site experience), while the team gained clearer behavior insights and the ability to scale testing and improve UX across Colart’s sites.
