Panduro, the Nordic hobby-materials retailer with about 103 stores and 650 employees, needed to boost conversion rates on Panduro.com but lacked in-house CRO expertise. They engaged VWO — specifically VWO Services — to provide a testing and experimentation program to rapidly validate changes across listing, category, search and product pages.
VWO Services ran multiple campaigns and rolled winners to 100% traffic: changing the product-listing CTA to “Lägg i varukorgen” lifted CTA-click CVR by 6% and revenue-page visits by 10%; a fixed, bifurcated mobile filter increased filter interaction by 53%; a highlighted/open search increased search usage by 14% and purchases by 2.67%; and a product-page carousel with a sticky CTA boosted Add-to-Cart clicks by 9.78% and e‑commerce CVR by 1.68%. VWO’s experiments delivered clear, measurable uplifts and were implemented sitewide.
