VWO Powered Optimization Helped JOSERA Register a Staggering Increase in Conversions Rate

JOSERA, a Germany-based maker of vegan, hypoallergenic pet food sold across Germany, Poland and France, faced high bounce rates and very low conversion on its product detail pages—especially for the JOSERA Kids formula. Their in-house agency FoodforPlanet has trusted VWO for conversion and experience optimization since 2019 and used VWO’s A/B (split) testing capabilities to address the issue.

Using scientific UX models (LIFT, UI heuristics) FoodforPlanet redesigned the product detail page and ran an A/B test powered by VWO with 2,400 visitors over 16 days. The VWO-powered variation delivered a 28.79% uplift in conversion rate versus the control and was subsequently rolled out to 100% of traffic, demonstrating VWO’s measurable impact on JOSERA’s on-site performance.
