Underwater Audio, a US-based eCommerce retailer of aqua goggles, Swimbuds, waterproof headphones and iPods, faced low engagement and poor conversions on its product comparison page. The existing table was cluttered, hard to read, and repeated copy below the fold, so Underwater Audio used the VWO platform to test a clearer, more concise presentation to improve engagement and sales.
Using VWO, Underwater Audio launched an A/B test of a redesigned comparison page that organized specifications under easy-to-scan headings, moved key details into the table, reduced distracting CTAs to a single product link, and improved layout and typography. The VWO-run variation increased clarity and purchase intent, delivering a 40.81% increase in revenue versus the original.
