A VWO Case Study
Teamleader, a Ghent-based SaaS provider of CRM, invoicing and project planning tools for SMEs, needed to increase recurring free trial sign-ups and smooth its sign-up flow. With limited A/B testing capability across its Drupal site and regional language versions, Teamleader engaged VWO’s A/B Testing solution to run experiments faster and gain actionable insights.
Using VWO’s drag-and-drop editor and reporting, Teamleader ran multiple tests on its free trial sign-up page and resolved operational and technical constraints. Results included uplifts ranging from 9% to 16% across experiments — notably a 12.5% increase by adding “No Credit Card Required,” 9.3% from form optimizations, 12% from adding customer logos, and 13.1% from field icons — delivering an overall 12.5% increase in free trial sign-ups and enabling Teamleader to scale its conversion optimization with VWO.
