Spectrum Inc Used VWO To Increase Conversions For Harrington Movers

Harrington Movers, a New Jersey–based moving and storage company founded in 1996, wanted to increase website conversions and strengthen branding by using more relevant imagery. Conversion consultants Spectrum Inc used VWO’s A/B testing capabilities to test whether replacing a generic “happy couple” stock photo on interstate moving pages with service-focused images would drive more Request a Quote leads.

Using VWO, Spectrum Inc ran two variations—one showing Harrington Movers’ crew and another showing their moving truck (both branded with the company logo)—against the original stock photo. Both variations outperformed the control with 98% statistical confidence; the crew image produced a 45.45% lift in conversions (the truck 45.05%), and the test has added roughly $10,000/month in interstate move value so far, as measured by VWO’s experiment.
