A VWO Case Study
Showpo, a Sydney-based online women’s fashion retailer with over $30M in annual revenue, turned to VWO and its Conversion Rate Optimization services to improve customer experience, lift conversions and increase lifetime value. Faced with internal data/resource constraints and unsatisfactory, costly agency results, Showpo partnered with VWO Services to combine their qualitative insights with VWO’s quantitative testing capabilities.
VWO Services ran targeted CRO campaigns—adding a free-shipping strip (winner variation) that generated $22,080 extra revenue (6.09% uplift) on mobile and $13,834 extra (5.22% uplift) on desktop/tablet; A/B copy tests on newsletter signup checkboxes that drove +175.52% sign-ups on the sign-in page and +146.78% on checkout; and a product-info declutter that raised purchases by 1.33% for new visitors, yielding about $19K additional revenue. These VWO-led experiments optimized Showpo’s funnel, resulted in measurable revenue and conversion gains, and rolled the winning variations out sitewide.
