schuh Improves Checkout Completion and CTA Conversions with VWO

schuh, a leading fashion footwear retailer, sought to optimize its website experience and enhance its A/B testing capabilities to improve conversion rates. Their challenges included a low checkout completion rate and poor visibility for the “Collect or Reserve” call-to-action (CTA) button. To address this, they partnered with the experimentation platform VWO.

Using VWO’s A/B testing tools, schuh ran experiments to reposition the CTA and clarify Klarna payment options. The solution was highly effective; moving the CTA to a more prominent position increased its conversion rate by 19.7%, and the checkout experiment improved completion rates by 1.36%. VWO enabled schuh to double its testing frequency and achieve these results with minimal strain on its development team.
