A VWO Case Study
Qualicorp, a Brazil-based healthcare organization that sells group health and dental plans, was losing prospects on its high‑traffic Economize Qualicorp quotation flow because of form friction: repeated asks for the same fields, an N/A profession option returning no results, and skippable required inputs. Qualicorp has used VWO (VWO Testing & VWO Insights) since 2015 and engaged VWO Services (the optimization consulting arm) to diagnose issues with A/B testing and form analytics and improve lead generation.
VWO Services implemented targeted experiments—removing duplicate fields, making the profession field mandatory, and improving when and how field labels appear—using VWO’s testing and insights tools. These updates drove significant gains: primary CTA clicks rose 24.68%, visits to the Request Received page improved by up to 19.31% in Test 1 and 12.52% in Test 2, and the winning variant delivered a 16.93% uplift to the Request Received goal (16.93% overall sign-up increase). The winning changes were deployed sitewide, boosting Qualicorp’s lead generation and confidence in conversion optimization with VWO.
