Provident Hotels & Resorts, a U.S. condo-hotel operator, wanted to drive more clicks on its reservation CTAs. They hired Sabre Hospitality Solutions Digital Marketing and used VWO’s platform and multivariate testing tools to optimize the reservation console sitewide.

Using VWO, Sabre ran a 3×4 multivariate test (12 combinations) of form titles and CTA button text across 27,500 visitors over a month, measuring clicks on the CTA; the combination “Reserve a Room” + “Search” won and increased click‑through rate by 9.1%, demonstrating VWO’s measurable impact on conversion performance.
