Aapka Painter, a painting and waterproofing services brand supported by Pidilite, wanted to improve lead generation and reduce funnel drop-offs on its paint cost calculator form. To tackle this challenge, the team worked with VWO through Performics’ AI-driven CRO framework, Performing Funnels, to identify friction in the user journey and simplify the lead form experience.
Using VWO Split URL Testing, the team reduced the form from five steps to three, simplified paint category selection, and moved the economy option to the start of the journey. The new version won after a week of testing and delivered a 40% increase in leads, a 1.4x rise in average engagement time per session, and a 30% reduction in drop-offs, with a 200% surge in leads on the final day compared to control.
