Perfect Plants increased clicks on add-to-cart button by testing the product page

Perfect Plants, a family-owned retail business based in North Florida, used VWO to improve the mobile product-page experience on its online store. The team noticed that visitors were bouncing from product detail pages and that the mobile conversion rate from product to cart page was lower than desired, especially around the image carousel positioned under the product title.

Using VWO’s A/B testing and Visual Editor, Perfect Plants tested moving the image carousel below the add-to-cart button and then removing the image entirely. The no-image variation performed best, generating a 5.34% conversion rate and a 19.26% increase in add-to-cart button clicks versus the control, helping Perfect Plants reduce product-page bounce-offs and improve mobile conversions with VWO.
