Morningstar Properties, a developer and operator of self-storage and marinas, wanted to improve the number of business inquiries submitted via their mobile website. To address this challenge, they partnered with VWO and utilized its experimentation platform, including its AI copy generator for suggestions, to test different calls-to-action.
VWO implemented an A/B test on the mobile CTA, changing the copy from "Contact Us" to new variations. The test revealed that the variation with the copy "Inquire Now" was the most effective. This solution from VWO led to a significant 44.11% increase in clicks on the CTA and a 15.43% uplift in the number of form submissions, successfully meeting the primary goals of the experiment.
