Locations Hawaii, a long-standing real estate guide and brokerage, used VWO for conversion rate optimization and experimentation to boost property inquiries from its property details pages. Digital Marketing Manager Joe Segal faced the challenge of increasing user inquiries (leads) from those pages and needed a data-driven way to improve call-to-action performance.
Using VWO, the team ran a 3-variation A/B test (100% of property-page traffic, 37,000 visitors over 26 days) that changed the CTA from “Inquire” to “Contact Agent,” increased font size, and moved the button above the fold. The VWO-powered experiment found a winning variation that delivered a 22.97% uplift in inquiry conversion rate versus control, demonstrating measurable lead growth after the test stabilized.
