Kutts Improved Its Overall Conversion Rate Using VWO Testing

Kutts, a Malmö-based grooming retailer, needed to boost eCommerce conversions and run advanced experiments without heavy dev support. Philip Lindqvist selected VWO—using its A/B testing platform and VWO Services—for a single connected experimentation solution plus hands-on help to identify UX friction and improve site performance.

Using VWO and VWO Services, the team ran targeted tests (category call-outs and added checkout links) and used GA-backed reporting to interpret results. The category variation drove nearly a 6% uplift in conversion and 9% more revenue (transactions +9%, average order value +0.5%), while the checkout test produced a 10.45% uplift in CTA clicks—demonstrating VWO’s measurable impact within nine months.
