A VWO Case Study
Kommunicate, a customer support automation platform, wanted to improve visitor-to-sign-up conversion on its website. The team was focused on finding the best CTA to increase free trial sign-ups, and used VWO to test different versions of the homepage call-to-action as part of their experimentation program.
VWO helped Kommunicate run an A/B test comparing the original homepage CTA, which included an email field next to the “Try for Free” button, against a variation that removed the email field and kept only the button. The variation won after two weeks, delivering a 25.53% increase in clicks on the free trial CTA, and giving Kommunicate a clear next step to test downstream sign-up and form submission impact.
