A VWO Case Study
LKR Social Media, a Los Angeles–based agency offering social media training and products like Zero to Facebook and The Dash newsletter, needed a quick, low-risk lift in newsletter sign-ups by improving headline copy on their homepage. Unsure whether a more conversational headline would communicate value, LKR Social Media partnered with VWO to run an A/B test of the headline using VWO’s A/B testing tools.
Using VWO, LKR Social Media tested a new headline ("Yours is the only newsletter that I actually read.") against the original and ran the test for 12 days; the variation lifted sign-ups from 13.49% to 16.78% — a 24.31% increase — with a 97% probability of outperforming the control. The test validated the headline change and highlighted the value of iterative optimization with VWO, enabling ongoing testing and further landing page improvements.
