Uptowork (now Zety) is a Warsaw-based career site and online resume-building platform targeting job seekers. The team identified a gap between what the brand conveyed and what visitors perceived—low visitor trust on the cart page was driving cart abandonment—and found that Google Analytics alone couldn’t answer whether design changes would fix it, so they turned to VWO and its A/B testing capabilities to validate improvements.

Using VWO’s A/B testing, Uptowork added a McAfee SECURE trust badge to the cart page and ran a month-long test across its user base; the variation reduced abandoned carts and increased conversions by 1.27%. Uptowork says VWO made it easy to set up and track the experiment, helping them make data-driven changes and avoid costly mistakes.
