Taloon.com is a Finland-based eCommerce hardware store selling plumbing, electrical, gardening supplies and construction materials. Faced with low product-page conversion (Add to Cart clicks) due to on-page distractions, Taloon.com used the VWO platform for A/B testing to identify how to boost CTA effectiveness.
Using VWO’s A/B testing, Taloon.com removed social sharing buttons (Google+, Pin it, Facebook) from product pages and ran a two-week experiment; the variation increased CTA click-throughs by 11.92% with 95% confidence, so Taloon.com implemented the change site-wide. VWO enabled the test and measurement that delivered this measurable uplift.
