Muc‑Off, a UK consumer‑goods company that sells bicycle and vehicle cleaning products, needed to reduce homepage drop‑off and improve online conversions. Working with digital agency Spot Studio, Muc‑Off used VWO’s A/B testing and analytics (heatmaps and statistical testing) to identify issues and test design alternatives.

Spot Studio and VWO tested a redesigned category page that moved eye‑catching product images and a slider above the fold to drive purchase intent; VWO tracked clicks, hovers and funnel behavior during the experiment. The change increased product views by 43.78% and purchases by 106.26%, substantially reducing drop‑off and boosting closed sales.
