How EzLandlord Forms Increased Its Paid Conversions Using VWO

EzLandlordForms, a small New Jersey–based provider of lease and rental forms, needed to increase paid conversions from its homepage—their original CTA “View Free Forms” was driving free browsing but not purchases. To address this, EzLandlordForms partnered with VWO and used VWO’s A/B testing capabilities to test alternative homepage flows and CTA wording aimed at driving more paid signups.

Using VWO, the team ran a two-week A/B test with ~6,000 visitors comparing the control to two variations: changing the CTA to “Create Lease” and, in the winning variant, removing the intermediate free-forms page so visitors went straight to the lease wizard. The VWO-backed variation boosted purchases by 32.2% and increased revenue per visitor by 20.4%, demonstrating that a more direct CTA and one fewer step significantly reduced friction and increased paid conversions.
