PowToon, a London-based SaaS animation company with over 12 million users, faced a pricing-page challenge: the “unlimited” storage label on its Business plan was vague and made it hard for prospects to perceive value. To address this, PowToon engaged VWO and used their Conversion Rate Optimization services to test how different storage presentations affected buyer decisions.
VWO ran A/B tests on several storage-value variations and found the winner: showing 10 GB for the Business plan versus 2 GB for the Pro plan made the value gap clear. That change delivered a 27.9% increase in revenue, and PowToon continues to work with VWO on regular tests to further optimize pricing and conversion.
